Returns, Shipping & Warranty


Shipping methods, prices and dates will be displayed during check-out. All orders within Canada are usually shipped within 5-7 business days and all international orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days.

Tracking is offered for all items. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at to request for a tracking number. 

Replacements are usually shipped within 5-10 business days. In case of refunds, all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.



Our priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their LOGiiX products. 

All our products carry a limited one-year warranty, unless stated otherwise. This covers products which have manufacturing defects or arrived damaged in the packaging. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from general usage, regular wear and tear, abuse, improper handling or use, installation or removal.

Refunds & Replacements

The one-year limited warranty covers defective products from the original purchase date. If more than one year has passed since the product purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. 

To request a product replacement, you must have the defective product and the proof of purchase. For a quick & simple product replacement experience, please provide the following information in your email to

  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Product Issue
  • 2-3 pictures of Defective Product
  • Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Statement)


Refunds are offered ONLY if the product(s) has been purchased from our website ( and meets all the requirements stated below. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund products purchased from other retailers and stores. In such situations, we recommend bringing the product back to the original store of purchase.

The requirements for a successful refund are:

  • The refund request is placed within 15 days of receiving the product(s)
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or statement)
  • The product(s) was purchased from our website (
  • The original packaging, product and included accessories are undamaged or in mint condition

Note: In order for us to provide a refund, we also require the product to be sent to our distributor.

Please package the product securely in a box or bubble envelope to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Please make sure to fill in your return address clearly, include a copy of the original receipt, and include the product in its original retail packaging. If the aforementioned criteria are not met, we will be unable to process your refund.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email to notify you that the item was received and the status of the refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note, in some cases, the process may take over 30 business days.

Note: Products purchased during a sale/promotion or gift cards are not covered under the refund process. Final decision on all product replacements or refunds will be determined by LOGiiX.
