    What is "Power Delivery"?
    Power Delivery = Fast charging. Power Delivery is a fast charging technology supported by certain Apple and Android devices. It delivers much higher levels of power to your devices. It is hands down, the best and fastest way to charge your devices.

    What do I need to make Power Delivery work with my device?
    Firstly, you'll need PD enabled device. Secondly, you'll need a PD enabled charger, such as Power Plus 45 Duo! Lastly, you will need a USB Type-C cable to connect your device.

    What are "Watts"?
    The "Watts" of a charger is a summarization to the speed or "power" that is created by the charger. The higher the Watts, the faster your device will charge. However, many devices have a maximum charging speed. For example, an iPhone X can charge at a maximum of 18W, so the Power Cube 45 will only charge an iPhone X at 18W.

    Which countries is the LOGiiX Power Cube 45 compatible with?

    The LOGiiX Power Cube 45 is compatible with Type A and Type B power sockets, commonly found in US and Canada. This charger can be used in other countries if it is used with an appropriate travel adapter.

    What should I do if my LOGiiX Power Cube 45 isn’t charging my device?
    Try to disconnect the power cube from the power source or device it is connected to and attempt to use the power cube with another device. If the issue continues to persist after this, please email us at customerservice@logiix.ca.
