Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. This Campaign is only open to legal residents of the Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of LOGiiX (“LOGiiX”), its affiliates, subsidiaries (“Employees”), advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Associated Companies”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees and Associated Companies are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating as a contestant (“You” or “Contestant”), You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. Your entry must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and may not contain any offensive, defamatory, sexist, discriminatory, profane, abusive or obscene language or content, or any language or content that is maliciously false. Your entry is deemed received at the time LOGiiX receives it, provided that it is in full compliance with the terms set forth above. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. 

The contest will run from 12:00 p.m. Pacific time on xxxxxxx until 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on xxxxxxxx (the “Promotion Period”). Entries that are not received during the Promotion Period, are incomplete, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of LOGiiX. Each participant may enter each Campaign only one (1) time during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method or combination of methods of entry. 

Prizes: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be chosen at random, under the supervision of LOGiiX, from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a single Wireless Travel Pad Duo, Piston Power 10,000 Crystal, Vibrance™ Essential Sleeve, Vibrance™ Connect Cable and Power Plus 100 with a value of approximately two hundred ($420.00 CAD). The Prizes will be delivered to the winner no later than xxxxxxxx to the physical address provided by the Winner. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics details of the prize shall be solely determined by LOGiiX. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at LOGiiX’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for LOGiiX to use Winners' name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

Winners Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected at random by LOGiiX. The Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT LOGiiX’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNERS' DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

Rights Granted by You: By entering the Campaign, You understand and agree that LOGiiX may contact you via Instagram, email, or any other communication method regarding the Campaign. 

Terms & Conditions: LOGiiX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond LOGiiX’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, LOGiiX may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by LOGiiX. LOGiiX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. LOGiiX has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same person. Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless LOGiiX and Instagram and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, relating in any way to the contest and/or Contestant’s participation in the contest, including but not limited to: (i) Contestant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
